Terry & Diuni Croushore

President and vice president of South Florida Electric Connection, Terry and Diuni Croushore, have been an unbinding team since 2001. Together, with their team of devoted employees, they have worked diligently to create a successful company built from integrity and honesty that now holds a superb reputation they take great pride in. Terry and Diuni’s devotion to the company and employees has carved a successful path for the future of the company.

Eligio Sanchez

Since the age of 15, Eligio Sanchez has been a a hard working and dedicated employee of South Florida Electric Connection. Eligio came to our company as a young man with great motivation, eagerness to learn, and willingness to do whatever it took to be a great part of the success of South Florida Electric Connection. Eligio has now been the company’s field supervisor for many years and has grown to be one of our company’s greatest assets.

Erin Croushore Menendez

Erin has been a part of South Florida Electric Connection’s administrative team for about 5 years now. She was exposed to the electrical industry ever since her father, Terry, opened his first shop out of their garage back in 1992. She spent her life watching and learning from her father as he slowly accomplished his dream of obtaining a successful electrical contracting company with a strong background and remarkable reputation. After graduating from Hodges University in 2014, with a Bachelors degree in Business and a minor in Accounting she decided it was time to put her knowledge to use and join the family business. Today Erin is the company’s office manager. She is responsible for all scheduling, permitting, accounts payables, insurance requirements, and all other day-today administrative tasks.

Richard Alvarado

Richard Alvarado has been a part of the South Florida Electric Connection team for about 4 years now. Richard began as a journeyman helper and has progressed within the company and now serves as the sole reason for our ability to offer great prices without having to sacrifice quality. Richard is responsible for all vendor relations, inventory, and purchasing. He has grown to become a great company asset allowing us to lead in the electrical industry.
